Back to Hossegor

After a week in San Sebastian with only one surf session I was hungry again for some pumping French beachbreak. Swell was on tap and winds looked decent for going back to Hossegor in France to maybe get some clean La Graviere (surf spot in Hossegor). Two friends I made from my first stay in Hossegor/Seignosse, Sebastian from Hamburg and Justin from Cape Town, were still hanging out and I did the mission with train and bus to join them for a couple of sessions more before they would leave for Paris. The wind didn’t quite act as hoped due to a deep low pressure close to the Bay of Biscay but one of the afternoons the wind dropped and turned offshore with solid swell rolling in – sweet times right before I would leave to visit my uncle John and auntie Gill from England living in the less wave infested region of Alicante South-Med Spain.
